No Direct Exchanges, but Still All Smiles
While direct exchanges might be on a plushy vacation, we're here to ensure your happiness doesn't take a day off! If your plushy parcel isn't what you imagined, just give us a holler. For our friends in the European Union, we've got a special 3-day magical cooling off period. If your plush pal is journeying into the EU lands, you have a grand window of 3 days to cancel or return your order, for any reason at all. And guess what? You don't even need a magical reason for the return spell! Just make sure your plush sidekick is in tip-top shape, just as you received it - no adventures, no tags removed, and still in its original, snuggly packaging. Don't forget your ticket to this magical return journey: the receipt or proof of purchase
